Rich Andrews
Founding Pastor
Rich is a native of King of Prussia, graduating from Upper Merion High School in 1997. He later earned a degree in systems engineering and a master's in education from the University of Pennsylvania before teaching math in a Philadelphia charter school and working as a web developer. But his heart for Jesus and God’s surprising call on his life eventually led him into pastoral ministry at Blue Route Vineyard, where he served as an associate pastor for seven years before planting KOP Vineyard in 2014. Rich also currently serves Vineyard USA as a missions coordinator for South America and is passionate about helping people from all nations encounter God’s presence in real and transformative ways. He and his wife Jess live in Bridgeport and have four children. In his free time, you can find Rich exercising at the local CrossFit gym, reading a good book, or hanging out with his family. On rare occasions, you might even see him riding his unicycle in his driveway or snuggling up with the best dog in Montgomery County, Lily. On not-so-rare occasions, you’ll find him eating a good cheesesteak or water ice on his weekly date night with his wife Jess.

Jess Andrews
Hospitality Coordinator
Jess is a long-term resident of the King of Prussia area who graduated from Upper Merion High School and attended Eastern University, where she studied early childhood education. Over the past 20 years, she has pioneered hospitality ministry for multiple church plants, creating loving communities where people feel welcomed and cared for. Jess also has a passion for prophetic ministry and witnessing God’s power and love transform lives through deliverance and compassionate care for the poor. She lives with her husband, Rich, in Bridgeport, PA, along with their four children. In her spare time, you’ll find Jess painting beautiful flower portraits with watercolor, taking long walks at Valley Forge Park, or enjoying a good book.

Teresa brings a rich background in both the arts and spiritual leadership. She was a professor of music and associate director of theatre at Eastern University, where she led the Opera Workshop and Musical Theater program. Teresa holds degrees in voice performance and music education from the Curtis Institute and Rutgers and pastoral training through the Vineyard Institute. Whether directing a production or preaching on Sunday, Teresa leads with wisdom and compassion. Teresa loves investing in the lives of the next generation. She lives in King of Prussia with her husband, Steve, and is passionate about helping people experience God’s healing and presence. Teresa enjoys gardening, traveling, and all the benefits of being a full-fledged Italian.

Gina Cañete
Children's Ministry Coordinator
Gina has a heart for the next generation and over 20 years of experience in children and youth ministry—both locally and internationally. She earned her degree in behavioral science and family studies from Messiah College and has served in churches in the U.S., Jamaica, and the U.K. Gina and her husband live in Upper Merion, and they have three children.
