How it all started...
Our story began in January 1999 when I (Rich) unknowingly attended the first official worship service of a Vineyard church plant in Media, Pennsylvania. That day, I encountered something unforgettable—a warm welcome, the tangible presence of God, and a glimpse of the life that unfolds when you follow Jesus. I watched God heal people, speak through Scripture, and move through dreams, visions, and prophetic encouragement.
Fourteen years later, my wife Jess and I sensed God calling us to plant a new church near my childhood home—at the opposite end of the Blue Route in Conshohocken. Motivated to see Psalm 23 come to life in our community, we envisioned a place where people could find rest and restoration along Route 23.
Our journey wasn’t quick or easy. After years of serving in church leadership and completing pastoral training through the Vineyard Leadership Institute, the call to plant became undeniable. In September 2014, we launched Conshohocken Vineyard Church with a small core team—about 50 people, half kids! From the very beginning, God showed up. People encountered His presence, friendships formed, and lives were transformed through prayer, baptisms, generosity, and risk-taking faith.

The Unexpected
Then came the unexpected. The pandemic in 2020 displaced us from our meeting space, forcing us into 600+ days of nomadic church life—online, outdoors, and in borrowed spaces. We adapted, prayed, and waited. In 2021, we finally found a home in an office building in West Conshohocken. It wasn’t perfect, but it was a place to rebuild.
Then, in early 2024, just as momentum was returning, we arrived on a Sunday morning to find our church locked out of the building. Our host business had abruptly closed, and we were again without a home. We met in hotels, shared spaces, and sometimes not at all. In the middle of fasting, prayer, and uncertainty, God opened a door. He led us to a new space in King of Prussia, a building shaped like a giant “V” (for Vineyard!) right off Route 23.

Where we are headed...
It felt like a miracle. Everything we needed—chairs, kids’ furniture, volunteers, even a Pac-Man machine—showed up. More importantly, God’s presence filled the space. In the fall of 2024, we embraced a new name: King of Prussia Vineyard Church—a fresh identity reflecting our mission and our community.
Today, we’re located near the King of Prussia Mall and Valley Forge Park, welcoming people from Main Street and the Main Line to experience God's presence and the rest only He can give.
Jesus is still in the restoration business—and we’re honored to be part of it.
If you’re longing for healing, belonging, or a deeper connection with God, we’d love to welcome you. Come as you are and be restored.
